【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60isapplicabletocompleteMeasuringSystems,andtotheircomponents,usedforthemeasurementofhigh-voltagesandcurrentsduringtestswithdirectvoltage,alternatingvoltage,lightningandswitchingimpulsevoltagesandfortestswithimpulsecurrents,orwithcombinationsofthemasspecifiedinIEC60-1.ThelimitsonmeasurementuncertaintiesstatedinthisInternationalStandardapplytotestlevelsstatedinIEC71-1.TheprinciplesofthisInternationalStandardapplyalsotohigherlevelsbuttheuncertaintymaybegreater.Thisstandard:-definesthetermsused,-statestherequirementswhichtheMeasuringSystemsshallmeet,-describesthemethodsforapprovingaMeasuringSystemandcheckingitscomponents,-describestheprocedurebywhichtheuserwillshowthataMeasuringSystemmeetstherequirementsofthisstandard.
