【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationfollowstheapproachtakenintheGuidetotheexpressionoftheuncertaintyofmeasurement(GUM)andestablishesthebasicstructureforstatingandcombiningcomponentsofuncertainty.Tothisbasicstructure,itaddsastatisticalframeworkusingtheanalysisofvariance(ANOVA)forestimatingindividualcomponents,particularlythoseclassifiedasTypeAevaluationsofuncertainty,i.e.basedontheuseofstatisticalmethods.AshortdescriptionofTypeBevaluationsofuncertainty(non-statistical)isincludedforcompleteness.ThisTechnicalSpecificationcoversexperimentalsituationswherethecomponentsofuncertaintycanbeestimatedfromstatisticalanalysisofrepeatedmeasurements,instruments,testitemsorcheckstandards.Itprovidesmethodsforobtaininguncertaintiesfromsingle-,two-andthree-levelnesteddesignsonly.Morecomplicatedexperimentalsituationswhere,forexample,thereisinteractionbetweenoperatoreffectsandinstrumenteffectsoracrosseffect,arenotcovered.ThisTechnicalSpecificationisnotapplicabletomeasurementsthatcannotbereplicated,suchasdestructivemeasurementsormeasurementsondynamicallyvaryingsystems(suchasfluidflow,electroniccurrentsortelecommunicationssystems).Itisnotparticularlydirectedtothecertificationofreferencematerials(particularlychemicalsubstances)andtocalibrationswhereartefactsarecomparedusingaschemeknownasa“weighingdesign”.Forcertificationofreferencematerials,seeISOGuide35[14].Whenresultsfrominterlaboratorystudiescanbeused,techniquesarepresentedinthecompanionguideISO/TS21748[15].ThemaindifferencebetweenISO/TS21748andthisTechnicalSpecificationisthattheISO/TS21748isconcernedwithreproducibilitydata(withtheinevitablerepeatabilityeffects),whereasthisTechnicalSpecificationconcentratesonrepeatabilitydataandtheuseoftheanalysisofvarianceforitstreatment.ThisTechnicalSpecificationisapplicabletoawidevarietyofmeasurements,forexample,lengths,angles,voltages,resistances,massesanddensities.
