【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoverstheestimationofthenetheatofcombustion(specificenergy)atconstantpressureinSIunits,megajoulesperkilogram,fromthefueldensity,sulfur,andhydrogencontent.Thistestmethodispurelyempirical,anditisapplicableonlytoliquidhydrocarbonfuelsderivedbynormalrefiningprocessesfromconventionalcrudeoilthatconformtotherequirementsofspecificationsforaviationturbinefuelsoflimitedboilingrangesandcompositions,asdescribedinNote0andpermittedbyeachspecification.Note0Theestimationoftheheatofcombustionofahydrocarbonfuelfromitshydrogencontent,density,andsulfurisjustifiableonlywhenthefuelbelongstoawell-definedclassforwhicharelationshipbetweenthesequantitieshasbeenderivedfromaccurateexperimentalmeasurementsonrepresentativesamplesofthatclass.Eveninthisclass,thepossibilitythattheestimatescanbeinerrorbylargeamountsforindividualfuelsshouldberecognized.Theclassesoffuelsusedtoestablishthecorreclationpresentedinthistestmethodarerepresentedbythefollowingspecifications:TheheatofcombustioncanalsobeestimatedbyTestMethodsD1405,D3338,andD4529.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO10294specifiesthetestrequirementsrelatedtothermalreleasemechanismsusedinfiredamperstestedinaccordancewithISO10294-1.Onlythethermalreleasemechanismissubjectedtothetestsdescribed.Thetestmethodsaredesignedtoensurethatunderfireconditionsthethermalreleasemechanismcomplieswiththeexpectedfunctionssothatthedamperwillclosecompletelysoastopreventthespreadoffire.ThispartofISO10294alsoincludesamethodforensuringthatthethermalreleasemechanismdoesnotclosethedamperinnon-fireconditions.Theeffectofcorrosionontheoperationalreliabilityofthereleasemechanismisalsoevaluated.Thismethodisonlyapplicabletothermalreleasemechanismsinstalledwithinthedamperorduct.Itdoesnotcoverthermalreleasemechanismsthatarelocatedoutsidetheventilationduct.ThetestcanprovideinformationoncomparativeperformancebetweenonethermalreleasemechanismandanotherandthusprovidesforthetestingofthermalreleasemechanismsthathavenotbeenincludedinthedamperassemblythatwastestedinaccordancewithISO10294-1.ThemethodspecifiedinthispartofISO10294willdeterminewhetherthethermalactivationsystemfortheclosingdeviceofafiredampersystem—issuitableforafiredamperassemblytobetestedaccordingtoISO10294-1,—issuitableforafiredamperalreadyqualifiedaccordingtoISO10294-1withanalternativesystemofthesameclass(temperature-load),—iscapableofmaintainingitsperformanceafterthereliabilitytests.
