【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61660describesamethodforcalculationofthemechanicalandthermaleffectsonrigidconductorscausedbyshort-circuitcurrentsind.c.auxiliaryinstallationsinpowerplantsandsubstations.Suchsystemsmaycontainthefollowingitemsofequipmentwhichactassources,aswellascontributingtotheshort-circuitcurrents:-rectifiersinthree-phasea.c.bridgeconnectionfor50Hz;-stationarylead-acidbatteries;-smoothingcapacitors;-d.c.motorswithindependentexcitation.Thisstandardprovidesamethodwhichhaswideapplication,andwhichgivesresultsofsufficientaccuracy.Thecalculationmethodisbasedonsubstitutefunctions,whichcauseapproximatelythesamemaximumstressesintheconductorsandthesameforcesonthesupportsastheactualelectromagneticforce.Thestandardizedcalculationproceduresofclauses2and3areapplicablefortheelectromagneticeffectonrigidconductorsandthethermaleffectonbareconductorsandelectricalequipment,respectively.Forcablesandinsulatedconductors,however,referenceismadetoIEC60949andIEC60986,forexample.Onlyd.c.auxiliaryinstallationsinpowerplantsandsubstationsaredealtwithinthisstandard.Inparticular,thefollowingpointsshouldbenoted:-Thecalculationofshort-circuitcurrentsshouldbebasedonIEC61660-1.-Short-circuitdurationusedinthisstandarddependsontheprotectionconcept,andshouldbeconsideredinthatsense.-Thesestandardizedproceduresareadjustedtopracticalrequirements,andcontainsimplificationswithsafetymargins.Testingormoredetailedmethodsofcalculationorbothmaybeused.-Inclause2ofthisstandard,onlythestressescausedbyshort-circuitcurrentsarecalculated.Furthermore,otherstressescanexist,suchasthosecausedbydead-load,operatingforces,orearthquakes.Thecombinationoftheseloadswiththeshort-circuitloadingshouldbepartofanagreementand/orgivenbystandards,forexampleerectioncodes.
